Option 2 - Two Straps
Insert magnet packs or hot/cold compresses into a strap's pouches if desired. Attach one strap to the end of the other using the fastener. Press the non-fastener end against your elbow and wrap the strap around, ensuring the pouches fall on the effected area if they are being used. Close the fastener at a comfortable compression.

Option 3 - Large Brace
Insert magnet packs or hot/cold compresses into the large brace if desired. Centre your elbow in the middle of the brace and fold the ends around, attaching at a comfortable compression.
